A womam was caught shoplifting over the weekend at a dollar general store in Tarrant, Alabama and a police officer was called to the scene.
According to several reports, officer William Stacy was called to a local dollar general store in Tarant on Saturday, when a woman was caught trying to steal a dozen of egg.
Officer Stacy was said to have recognized the woman because he had responded to a previous call to her house and had seen her difficult living contidition.
The store decided not to press any charges but officer Stacy went ahead to pay for the eggs. *awww*
Another customer recorded the whole episode on her phone as the officer gave the lady a big hug at the store’s parking lot (The video went viral on facebook almost immediately).
The woman insisted on paying the officer back, but Stacy said that, the best way to pay him back was for the woman not to do something like that again. See the video below….
