Popular yoruba movie actress and producer, Queen Temitope Oluwa, recently filed a law suit against Africa Independent Television, AIT, for airing one of her movies, Atupa Emi without her permission.
She is suing the Television station to the tune of N5million, with a legal back up of her attorney, M.A Bashua and Co.
When reporters contacted the Saratu star, she said, “I don’t have much to say but I have instituted a legal case against AIT over an infringement on my rights as a citizen and as the copyright owner of Atupa Emi, which is illegally being aired on their medium.”

In a letter that was served the management of AIT, Queen is demanding for a whopping sum of N5million as a fee for breaching her property rights to the movie, Atupa Ami.
