People in their numbers have trooped out of their homes to pay their last respects to footballing icon and legend Diego Armando Maradona who died two days ago.
From his native Bueno Aires in Argentina to Naples in Italy where he played some of his best football, has been nothing but a site of collection of flowers and pictures of the late world cup winner.
Clubs who Champions league and Europa league matches during the midweek also observed a one minute silence in his memory.
