There is a cold war between popular Nigerian actress, Bukola ‘Apesin’ Fagbuyi and Arena/Idumota marketers over the release and distribution of her new movie, Sekunola. According to a close source who spoke to Mercyflawless Blog under anonymity, the movie will be released on dvd by INTEGRITY FILMS and MARKETING Limited on Monday, November 16, 2015, come rain or thunder.
Y’all remember that, the dark skinned actress travelled to different countries including America to premiere the said movie. And the demand for the film is said to be high at the moment, which could be the reason why these Arena marketers are waging war against its release.
The source told me that, these Idumota marketers did not only want to frustrate Bukola and her marketer from releasing and distributing the movie on Monday, they also sent a broadcast message and sms to some people not to buy the movie when it is released. They reportedly asked the marketer (INTEGRITY) of the movie to either join their association or forget about releasing the movie into the market.
INTEGRITY marketer has sworn to release and distribute the movie independently on Monday, irrespective of the Arena marketers’ threat and media propaganda. The movie will also be sold by mobile marketers on major roads in Lagos.
