This is indeed a sad news. According to several reports, Dr. Myles Munroe, president and founder of Bahamas Faith Ministries International (BFMI) and his wife, Ruth were among nine passengers on board a plane that crashed in Grand Bahama this afternoon.
The Department of Civil Aviation in the Bahamas confirmed that, the Lear 36 executive jet crashed at Grand Bahama International Airport after it departed the Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA).
The plane was said to have clipped the side of a crane at the shipyard and “exploded on impact.”
News reports from the area confirmed that, the passengers were heading to Grand Bahama for the Global Leadership Forum scheduled for November 10th through 13th, and hosted by Dr. Myles Munroe.
The identities of the other people on board have not yet been confirmed.
