Nigeria’s social media celebrity, Rahmon Abbas popularly known as Hushpuppi has had his trial process postponed to 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Hushpuppi is currently facing wire fraud charges in the United States after his extradition and arrest in July.
His case was originally fixed for October 13 after he earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges pressed against.
However, the case will now be postponed to May 24, 2021 by 9:00am according to chambers orders of Judge Otis Wright released September 23.
