Lauryn Hill is one of my all time fav artistes. Let me say, I love all her songs without any reservation.
‘Turn Your Lights Down Low’ is a song by Bob Marley and the Wailers from their 1977 album Exodus. It is the only song on side B of the album that was not released as a single. However, a 1999 version cover by Lauryn Hill (credited as Bob Marley and Lauryn Hill) was.
I remember when the song first came out (1999), anytime I hear the intro beat, I will rush to turn up the volume of the radio (just to hear it clearly and sing along too). Chai! what a wonderful memory of good music. In case you love the song as much as I do (yes, I still love the song), see the song below..
