Presidency Fires Back At PDP Over President Buhari Refusal To Use Facemasks in Public

The Presidency has today replied critics who has been accusing President Muhammadu Buhari of flouting his own orders on Covid-19 guidelines.

Pictures from Daura, Katsina during the revalidation of the President’s APC membership card revealed that the President was without his mask.

However, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu while speaking at a program today on Channels television waved it off as mere antics from the opposition.

According to him, “People are missing the point. The President had his face mask on through that engagement. He had it off when he was speaking into the microphone. It is just a childish antic by PDP.”

“The criticism is coming from parties that are not able to organise and mobilise, we feel sorry for them,Shehu added.
