Prince Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi might be the next Ooni of Ife, if the news flying around is anything to go by.
In Yoruba land, when a reigning king passes away, it is the duty of the elders to enthrone another King according to tradition (after due consultation).
Following the passing away of the former Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade Olubuse II on Tuesday July 28 and buried on Friday August 14, 2015. The elders are reportedly said to have picked Prince Adeyeye as the next king of Ile Ife.
The 40 year old Prince is said to be the owner of an Estate Management and construction company named, Inagbe Grand Resorts and Leisure, a subsidiary of Gran Imperio Group of Companies.
We wish him good luck if the story turns out to be true.
